With the plan approved, an experienced Epiq disbursement team works with counsel, consultants and the debtor to coordinate the disbursement of proceeds to creditors. We help to calculate cash and security payments by class and establish reserves for disputed claims. Customized disbursement schedules are created and submitted for the debtor’s approval.

We then pay the creditors and coordinate the issuance of new stock. Epiq monitors all distributions made and regularly reports payment activity to clients.
