Epiq’s advanced system of checks and balances relies on frequent communication and includes planning activities with the trustee’s selected financial institution to ensure service continuity.
We conduct a pre-implementation planning call to explain every aspect of the transition, from retrieval of data and hardware installation, to data conversion and training.

Epiq makes the changeover efficient and easy. Our expert trainers have passed extensive certification tests for our TCMS®, TCMSWeb® and Case Power® software and are well-versed in the daily operations of a trustee’s business practice.

Our on-site training follows a structured curriculum of core skills, and we highlight additional features of particular interest to each client. One-on-one training enables each client to proceed at his or her own pace and affords flexibility to keep up with daily activities in the office. Additional training is also provided at key intervals during the first year.
Going forward, Epiq provides regular training opportunities to coincide with major enhancements or as required by changes in the trustee’s staff. Epiq's Chapter 7 team convenes periodic user groups around the country to solicit feedback and offer refresher training in a convenient setting. Our Chapter 13 team has an annual user group meeting every year for all clients to attend.
